Europe is 44 countries, 24 languages, and 20 sets of laws that say you can't email them.

We book qualified meetings in all of it. Native speakers, compliant per market, on your calendar. You pay for the ones that show up and qualify — and nothing else.

Live in a new market in weeks. Change your volume country by country, month by month.

You're not failing in Europe. You're not really in Europe.

The slide.

There's a European expansion slide in your board deck. It's been there four quarters. Nothing has moved under it.

The hire.

You posted an EMEA SDR role in March. Four months to fill, three to ramp, gone by month nine. €150K, no pipeline, and now nobody wants to sign off the next one.

The agency.

Somebody blasted English cold email into Germany on your domain. You got a letter. Now "Europe doesn't really work for us."

It takes 20+ data sources and 3 legal checks to put one meeting on your calendar.

You do none of it.

Five stages. One qualified meeting.

01 · Source

Build the list

ICP filters across 20+ data sources. Exclusion lists and account-owner respect applied before anyone dials.

02 · Reach

Local-language outreach

Certified contractors open conversations in-market — not a remote English blast into a foreign timezone.

03 · Qualify

Scored against your rubric

Every conversation is scored before it can become a meeting. Soft interest doesn't clear the bar.

04 · Review

Recording + EN transcript

Ops reviews the tape. Disputes and AE review windows exist so quality doesn't depend on trust alone.

05 · Book

Calendar held

Qualified meetings land on your team's calendar. No-shows are replaced under the published remedy.

Activity collapses into one outcome: a meeting your AE can take seriously.

What you did: approved an ICP. Approved a rubric. Took the meeting.

34 markets. 24 languages. One contract, one invoice, one person to call.

Your competitors are running English sequences into Milan and wondering why nothing lands.

A meeting counts when it shows up, fits your ICP, has authority, has a real problem, and agrees a next step.

If it doesn't, it doesn't count — and we replace it.

Everyone in this industry says "qualified." Almost nobody will write down what it means before they invoice you. We do, and we put the remedy in writing too.

We're calling your market, in your name. Here's what you control.

Volume, exclusions, evidence. No theatre about levers we don't ship.
  • Exclusion lists

Domains, accounts, whole segments — uploaded or synced. We don't touch what you mark off-limits.

  • Account-owner respect

When you're running your own reps in a market alongside us, we stay off accounts they're already working. If you've outsourced the whole country to us, this barely comes up.

  • Recording and English transcript

Every call you review comes with the recording and an English transcript — so feedback works across languages.

  • Scored rubric

Five criteria, agreed in writing before we start. Evidence attached to every meeting we invoice.

  • Change volume monthly

Germany up, Spain down, Italy paused — per market, month to month. Capacity changes take about 14 days to land.

  • Disputes and review

No-show? Replaced. Fails the rubric? Not invoiced and replaced. Flag a meeting in one click — AE review and dispute decisions land inside 48 hours.

You cannot legally cold-email a named contact in Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Poland or Austria.

You can in the UK, Ireland, France, Sweden and Finland. Phone rules are different again. We run all of it, market by market.

One EMEA SDR: €150K a year, four months to hire, three to ramp, and a 40% chance they're gone inside twelve months.

Or pay per qualified meeting. Change volume country by country, month by month. Capacity shifts take about 14 days — not a 24-hour kill switch, and we won't pretend otherwise.

Illustrative cost structure — not a price quote. Real numbers depend on markets, seniority, and volume. We put a number on the call.

Tim O'Dwyer, founder

I sold for Uber. I did outbound for Deel — the company American businesses buy specifically so they can hire in Europe without opening entities. I watched hundreds of them get European pipeline wrong in exactly the same way.

Book thirty minutes with me. If this isn't worth doing for you, I'll tell you on the call.

Straight answers to the usual ones.

What happens if a meeting no-shows?

It doesn't count. We replace it.

Who actually makes the calls?

Contractors — native speakers in the market, vetted, and certified on a recorded mock call before they touch your list.

How fast can you start in my market?

Live markets can start in weeks. Lead times are on the coverage grid, market by market. If we can't staff it yet, we say so before you pay.

What if you've never sold in my market before?

I'll say so on the call, show you the rep we've sourced, and price it accordingly. I won't invent a case study.

Do you sign a DPA?

Yes. Readable before you sign anything.

Who owns the recordings and the data?

You do. We retain what the DPA requires and delete the rest on the published schedule.

What's the contract?

Month to month. No minimum per market. Change volume monthly. No setup fee. Capacity changes take about 14 days.

What's the smallest deal size where this makes sense?

When the unit economics work for your ACV and market mix. I'll tell you on the call if they don't — I won't publish a hard floor.

How is this different from an AI SDR?

AI doesn't hold presumed-consent files, sit a Finnish mock call, or scrub the Italian RPO every 15 to 30 days. Where English cold email is legal and works, try it. In Germany and half of Europe, it isn't and it doesn't.
